Steve Jolly is a strong independent candidate (aligned to the Socialist Party) running for the seat of Richmond.
Yarra City councillor, Steve Jolly is an activist and champion of the campaign to save Richmond Secondary College in the early 1990’s (now Melbourne Girls College). Mr Jolly has twice sponsored motions by the City of Yarra Council calling on the State Government to ban logging in the Melbourne water supply catchments.
